- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Build out and maintain comprehensive project plans using project management software (Smartsheet).
- Prioritize tasks and delegate work.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Monitor progress throughout the life cycle of the project and take corrective action where necessary.
- Establish and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates on project status.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, document lessons learned and identify areas for process improvement.
- IT Infrastructure Management (Computers, Servers, Printers and Phone System) - Overseeing company hardware, setup and maintenance in partnership with our 3rd party vendors.
Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business management, or a related field.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven working experience in project management with technical expertise.
- Experience with system implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
- Proven ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve goals, providing purpose and direction.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with management, team members, stakeholders and vendors.
- Aptitude for identifying issues and obstacles and developing creative and effective solutions.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience with project management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks, priorities, and multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience, including bonus eligibility as part of our performance-based compensation program. CG Financial offers medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, and other insurances as benefits. Employees will be eligible for a Safe Harbor 401(k) with employer contribution and discretionary profit‑sharing.
