$92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Train and mentor employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across production lines.
- Monitor, track, and report on the financial and operational impact of CI initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Establish and standardize best practices for process control and waste reduction.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent Lean certification with proven expertise).
- 5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, SMED, Kaizen).
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex CI projects, delivering measurable cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and root cause problem-solving tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills to influence stakeholders and drive cultural transformation.
- Master Black Belt Certification
- Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 initiatives or automation
- Certification in Organizational Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)
