Location: Munising
Foreman (Midwest Region)
Join PUSH, Inc. to lead crews and operate equipment necessary to install various utilities and associated units to complete projects. The Foreman will supervise all aspects of projects including safety, team management, equipment operation, field paperwork, training, and occasional labor duties.

Physical and Environmental Factors- Work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Walk, sit, stand, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, carry, and lift as needed.
- Coordinate eyes, hands, feet, and limbs in skilled movement.
- Travel and be away from home for extended periods.
- 100% travel required.
- Meet or exceed safety, quality, and productivity requirements for assigned projects.
- Lead, direct, and mentor crews to ensure on‑time completion while meeting financial and non‑financial objectives.
- Staff projects, actively recruit new talent, retain staff, and promote career advancement.
- Manage employee relations, provide recognition, discipline, and performance evaluations.
- Recommend additional subcontractors for approval.
- Initiate training and cross‑training for all personnel.
- Schedule daily and take corrective action to meet deadlines.
- Monitor overall project performance and resolve issues.
- Review and approve employee timecards; complete required production reports.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on construction equipment.
- Report weekly to the Fleet Manager: equipment hours, miles, etc.
- Abide by all company and manufacturer safety procedures, OSHA, and applicable regulations.
- Establish positive relationships with crew, customers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct daily crew tool talk meetings to identify safety, quality, and productivity improvement opportunities.
- Perform routine labor and operate equipment.
- Haul equipment to/from project site.
- Represent Push, Inc. positively and professionally at all times.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Two (2) years’ supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
- Field experience with digging operations in city and rural utilities and operating equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow, and compact track loader with attachments.
- Valid Driver’s License;
Class A CDL preferred. - Must pass pre‑employment screenings.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
- Work well with others and participate as a crew member.
- Embrace new technologies.
- Positive attitude.
- Computer literate and experienced using Microsoft and Google G‑suite.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and prepare all project‑related reports.
- Handle stressful situations and workloads.
