Position Title: Fulfillment Team Member - 3P

The Fulfillment General Labor 3P Team Member is responsible for ensuring orders are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This role focuses on handling products, packaging items securely, and maintaining efficiency to meet Amazon’s high‑quality standards. The associate directly supports timely and accurate delivery, contributing to Amazon’s customer satisfaction goals.

• Select and retrieve items from inventory as directed by the Team Lead.
• Verify items match the order details and inspect for quality.
• Package items securely using designated materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Attach shipping labels and verify order accuracy before moving packages to the shipping area.
• Follow clear instructions and established procedures to complete tasks.
• Meet daily productivity targets for packing and shipping orders.
• Notify supervisors of any discrepancies or issues encountered during the process.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep workstations neat, organized, and free of hazards.
• Report any safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet shipping deadlines.
• Support team goals by assisting with additional tasks during busy periods.
• Participate in training and meetings to stay updated on process changes.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic organizational skills to maintain workflow.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

• Physical roles requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons.

Potential production bonus averaging $1.30 per hour added to hourly wage. Food allowance (100% funded by the company) offsets lunch costs. Access to free company products.
