• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and bottlenecks across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Manage the portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, drive change, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or process simulation software.
• Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost accounting and ROI analysis for CI projects.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, IoT, or Industry 4.0 principles in manufacturing.
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
