This position is located in a warehouse environment and supports receiving, inspections, material put-away, and accurate receiving records in the ERP system. The role also assists with internal material handling and shipping as needed, with an emphasis on inventory control, proper documentation, and timely communication to support warehouse and production operations.

$18.00/hr - $23.00/hr

The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for efficiently receiving, inspecting, and processing inbound materials, physically completing the material put-away process, and maintaining accurate receiving records in the ERP system. This position will assist with internal material handling and shipping, as needed. This role requires accurate inventory control, proper documentation, and timely communication in support of the warehouse and production operations.

• Receive inbound shipments and verify the accuracy against packing slips and Bill of Ladings.
• Inspect received items for damages, defects, and discrepancies.
• Physically complete the material put-away process to the assigned bin locations, per company standards.
• Accurately enter material receipt transactions into Epicor ERP.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to resolve discrepancies with deliveries or documentation.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area in compliance with safety regulations.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse receiving role
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Forklift certification

• Must have the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Operate a computer and other office machinery or equipment.
• Ability to move about inside the production facility.
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly, such as safety glasses and safety shoes, at all times in the production area.

• This job takes place in a warehouse and production environment.
• It may involve standing, lifting, or exposure to varying temperatures.
• Standard work hours with occasional overtime as needed.
