In your daily role, you’ll harness state‑of‑the‑art mixing and pumping equipment to execute process orders from start to finish. Your responsibilities include adding materials at precise times, monitoring temperatures and reactions, and ensuring the quality of our batches. You will be the backbone of our production, ensuring the consistency and excellence of our products that meet the rigorous standards of our customers and industries we serve.

We offer this Mixer position:

• Pay rate of $19 for 2nd shift and $20 for 3rd shift.
• 2nd shift:
  Monday to Friday 3pm to 1:30am, Fridays 3pm to 11:30pm. 3rd shift:
  Sunday to Thursday, 11pm to 7:30am
• A $100 + $25 BONUS for all referrals to us, WSI.
• Weekly pay.

Qualifications for this role include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to operate machines, interface with PLC control screens, and complete process orders.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate chemical additions and record‑keeping.
• Mechanical aptitude to operate automated packaging equipment and work with chemicals and machinery safely.
