• Follow all safety procedures, including the wearing of all required personal protective equipment.
• Operate an automatic paint machine (APM), or walk in booth (WIB) or any other piece of equipment for which trained.
• Respirator certified or willing to get certified.
• Read and follow work instructions and procedures for the job.
• Verify proper components are at the work area before beginning.
• Inspect all parts produced for quality.
• Fill out completely all required paperwork for production and quality.
• Keep area clean and orderly, this includes aisle ways and areas around the equipment they are using.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor.

• Ability to follow directions from and communicate with supervisors, technicians, and co-workers in a professional manner.
• Strong hand eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend and train to documents such as work instructions, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member with co-workers
• Exhibit a high degree of responsibility with an emphasis on quality and safety
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively.
