We are seeking a motivated and skilled Traveling Product Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of Stage Right products at various locations across the country. This position requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

SUMMARY: Assemble, pack, and install all Rogers Group products at the customer location or on the Plant floor.

The responsibilities listed below are not intended to be all-inclusive. Additional duties may be assigned on an as required basis.

• Simple and complex assembly of parts according to the work order, prints, and knowledge of the unit being assembled.
• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Operates hand drills, tools, and rivet machines to assist in assembly operations.
• Records all labor and downtime, documenting all information pertaining to each work order and routing.
• Maintain all company safety regulations to provide a clean, accident‑free, and healthy work environment.
• Assures that the proper fit, function, and appearance are at, or exceed quality standards.
• Confers with Manager, Team and Crew Leaders on any problems regarding safety, quality, production or inventory.
• Requirement: available to travel to installation locations throughout the US at any time necessary to meet customer demands.
  • Requires significant travel with up to 80%
• Must complete certification criteria for TSI, Rogers Athletic and Stage Right installation.

• High School Education or equivalent certification.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, decimal equivalents, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of issues which occurs in the daily assembly process.
• Ability to problem‑solve, think analytically and work under pressure.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or work order form.
• Agility of the upper and lower body extremities, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prefer three (3) years of assembly/installation experience on Rogers Group product line.

Manufacturing Pre‑Employment Training Certificate is preferred. Must have active driver's license.

Tape Measure Test:
Candidate must be able to pass our tape measure test.
