Potlatch Deltic is seeking applicants for a Utility - Machine Operator position at the Gwinn Lumber Mill. The successful candidate will operate sawmill and planer equipment, perform preventative maintenance, clean the machine and surrounding area, and carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

The position offers an hourly rate of $22.59 and requires the following schedule:

• Typically, 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday.
• During mandatory overtime, 50 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
• Mandatory overtime occurs approximately once a month on a Friday, with prior notice.
• Shifts rotate biweekly between day (7am-5:30pm) and night (6:30pm-5am).
• Shift differential of 50 cents per hour for hours worked between 5:30pm-9am.

Minimum requirements include good attendance and safety records, a high school diploma or GED, ability to work in a team, basic computer skills, physical ability to climb stairs and lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with industrial or mobile equipment is preferred.
