Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

• Oversee daily production operations and workflow
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and targets
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and specifications

• Monitor production output, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

• 5+ years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
