Join Integrity Fab & Machine, Inc. as a CNC Cell Operator responsible for all aspects of machine operation, including set-up and operation of manual and CNC machines such as mills, lathes, radial drill, and drill press.

$17.00/hr - $28.00/hr

• Operate a 3-axis CNC HURCO mill with conversational programming and mid-level skill expertise.
• Operate a Proto
  
  TRAK lathe with conversational G & M code programming.
• Achieve production, quality, and safety standards by monitoring equipment conditions and adjusting output.
• Detect malfunctions and make machine/programming adjustments to meet quality and production targets.
• Report problems beyond the scope of responsibility to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate time, production, and maintenance records.
• Cross‑train on multiple machines and equipment for greater operational flexibility.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase productivity, and coordinate testing of new products.
• Maintain essential inventory items per established procedures.
• Assist leader/supervisor with testing new products and ordering supplies.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance in compliance with preventative/predictive schedules.
• Participate in special projects and compile special reports.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with co‑workers, management, and clients.
• Adhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

Manufacturing shop environment with constant exposure to noise, chemicals, and materials. Physically demanding; requires lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, dexterity, and stamina.

Full‑time position assigned to either day or evening shift. Overtime may be required as job duties demand.

Minimal travel required.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated competency may substitute for a degree.
• Good planning, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Must safely operate all material handling equipment, including fork trucks, overhead cranes, jib cranes, battery magnets, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.

• Two‑year degree in CNC Operations or equivalent skilled trades program.
• Additional technical training in machining centers, mills, lathes, etc.

• Must submit pre‑employment drug screen and background check authorization.
