Position SummaryThe Final Inspection Technician will be responsible for visually inspecting finished products before shipping. The ideal technician has high attention to detail, is customer service focused, and is physically fit. This is an entry‑level, full‑time 8‑hour position; prior production or manufacturing experience is not required.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Visual inspection and assembly of parts to prepare for shipping to customers
- Frequently use a hand‑held grinder to finish work orders
- Read and understand tape measures and measurements
- Compare finished product to work order to ensure accuracy and sign off
- Perform frequent motion, constant lifting and bending
- Stand and bend for long hours
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area for next shift
- Other duties as assigned

This position operates in a manufacturing shop environment. Exposure to noise, chemicals, and materials is constant. The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs, endure prolonged standing, bending, and kneeling.
