Shift Details: 3rd shift from 10:30 pm to 6:45 am or 8 am, depending on plant needs. Pay rate ranges from $18.25/hr to $21.19/hr based on experience and openings, with a $1.00 premium for 3rd shift.

We seek experienced individuals for our general tank assembly in Middleville. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include spraying materials, milling batch ingredients, following recipes, loading materials, and adhering to quality and PPE standards.

Note: The role involves handling materials with harmful chemicals, heavy steel, and working near high-temperature ovens.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow safety and PPE guidelines
• Efficient material handling in a high-volume setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Experience with spray booths, powder coating, milling, or batch mixing
• Basic math skills for product tracking and changeovers
• Understanding of weather/humidity effects on paint
• Experience with large product assembly or movement
• Background in metalworks or similar industries

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to wear a respirator and be clean-shaven
• Loading/unloading materials onto conveyors
• Standing for 8-12 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Performing repetitive movements
