As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce steel parts in a variety of shapes and sizes. You won't get bored in this position!

• Read process sheets, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine dimensions, setup, and operating requirements.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to machine steel work pieces.
• Perform and document quality inspections.
• Monitor and replace machine tooling as needed.

• Comfortable using CNC machine controls and following instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands‑on work.
• Solid understanding of basic math, including fractions and decimals.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and committed to doing the job right.
• Eager to learn and grow into more complex roles like multi‑axis machining and programming.
