$2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS! $250 paid at hire, $500 paid at 3/6/9 months, $750 paid after one year of employment. We provide opportunity for pay and skill advancement through our operator level program, and a safety-first work environment.

Job Description

2nd shift hours are M-F 2:00pm to 10:30pm. 3rd shift hours are Su-Th 10:00pm to 6:30am.

The primary responsibility of this position is to setup and operate multi-blade slitting machines to cut and wind large rolls of ink-coated polypropylene or polyester film into smaller rolls as determined by customer specification. Operators are also responsible for quality testing, material handling, data entry and packing duties.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer/keyboarding experience preferred including data entry and look-ups.
  • Ability to work overtime/flexible shift as business needs dictate
  • Physical requirements include constant standing/walking, use of upper extremities to handle/manipulate, and ability to visually identify product quality defects; frequent twisting/turning, and lift/carry/reach with ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Prior applicable manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
