1st Shift Material Handler

About the Role

Litehouse Inc. is seeking a Material Handler I for the 1st Shift. The handler will move materials and finished products using an electrical pallet, hand jack, and walkie stacker in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Perform all job duties and operations safely while following federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
• Move materials and finished products as required, stage materials in advance of need, and assist the production line when needed.
• Adhere to Food Safety policies and report any food safety or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Ensure correct entries into factory software and maintain accurate inventory and inventory transactions.
• Operate industrial powered equipment with certification as required for the position.
• Utilize a handheld scanner data collection system to maintain accuracy and traceability.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

• Detail oriented with a strong focus on accurate documentation.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently with little supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with contacts inside and outside the company.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
