We're looking for an Inventory Control II to help ensure inventory accuracy, support production operations, and maintain compliance with food safety standards. This role is key to keeping materials organized, processes efficient, and our teams equipped to succeed.

- Perform all job duties safely while following Litehouse policies and all federal and state regulations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through scheduled cycle counts, audits, and daily bin reconciliations.
- Support warehouse, formulation, portion control, and packaging departments.
- Partner with co-workers to resolve variances and provide solutions.
- Train and mentor co-workers to ensure consistency and accuracy in processes.
- Print labels for production and enter accurate data into factory software.
- Uphold Food Safety policies and report any food safety or quality concerns to leadership.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with housekeeping standards.
- Work assigned shifts and meet attendance requirements consistently.
- High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or inventory control experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
Smart Client experience a plus. - Forklift and electric pallet jack certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Strong math skills, including calculating rates, ratios, percentages, and interpreting graphs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
