• Perform calibration, verification, and maintenance of measurement equipment and gages.
• Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and other advanced metrology systems.
• Conduct precise dimensional inspections of manufactured parts, tooling, and fixtures.
• Analyze measurement data and generate detailed inspection and calibration reports.
• Troubleshoot measurement discrepancies and assist in root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Maintain accurate calibration records and equipment history within a quality management system.
• Ensure all measurement processes comply with internal quality standards and external regulations.

• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical comparators).
• Strong understanding and practical application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience operating and/or programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
• Knowledge of metrology principles, calibration processes, and measurement uncertainty.

• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA) for model-based metrology.
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process capability studies.
• Familiarity with automation scripting or robotic metrology systems.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
