Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Perform calibration, verification, and maintenance of measurement equipment and gages.
- Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and other advanced metrology systems.
- Conduct precise dimensional inspections of manufactured parts, tooling, and fixtures.
- Analyze measurement data and generate detailed inspection and calibration reports.
- Troubleshoot measurement discrepancies and assist in root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Maintain accurate calibration records and equipment history within a quality management system.
- Ensure all measurement processes comply with internal quality standards and external regulations.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical comparators).
- Strong understanding and practical application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Experience operating and/or programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
- Knowledge of metrology principles, calibration processes, and measurement uncertainty.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA) for model-based metrology.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process capability studies.
- Familiarity with automation scripting or robotic metrology systems.
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
