Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• Experience with specific ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Project management experience leading process improvement initiatives
