Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to production, supply chain, and quality within manufacturing projects.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report status regularly to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities for project-specific materials and services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
• Demonstrated experience managing projects within a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems common in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including engineering, production, and operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Manufacturing)
• Experience with automation and control systems (PLCs, SCADA)
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes within a manufacturing environment
