Ellen's Bakery & Cafe in Sylvan Lake is seeking an assistant bread baker for a part-time night shift. You will join our existing team, with duties including mixing, scaling, shaping loaves, and baking doughs, plus cleanup. Availability Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30pm–2am is required.
Ideal candidates have strong communication and stamina; training is available for the right person. This role offers a friendly bakery environment and opportunities to grow your baking skills.
