Our Team The Carleton team is focused on creating a safe, reliable and continuously improving operation. Maintenance works closely with Operations, Reliability, Engineering and contractor partners to plan work, strengthen plant performance and build sustainable capabilities. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will join a collaborative group that values employee development, thoughtful challenges to existing practices and ideas that create long-term value.

What You Will Do Lead and develop a team in line with Guardian's safety vision, values and expectations.

Create an environment where people feel empowered to challenge the status quo, contribute ideas and take ownership of change and improvement.

Support and advance our PBM culture by helping individuals understand how they can create value and contribute to business success.

Build team capability through coaching, development planning, regular feedback and effective performance management.

Develop a strong safety culture by ensuring work is planned and executed to high standards.

Work closely with Operations, Reliability, Engineering and contractors to coordinate resources and deliver safe, efficient outcomes.

Support the transition from reactive ways of working toward a more organized, planned and reliability-focused operation.

Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, plant reliability and operational performance.

Help attract, select and retain talented individuals who can contribute to the long-term success of the business.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience leading, supervising or coordinating a team, including coaching or developing others.

Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, process, logistics or other operational environment.

Experience supporting safe work practices and coordinating people, resources or competing operational priorities.

Experience partnering across functions to resolve issues, implement improvements or support organizational change.

What Will Put You Ahead Experience leading or coordinating teams in a maintenance, reliability, engineering, manufacturing or 24/7 operational environment.

Maintenance planning, asset care, reliability improvement, contractor coordination or structured work-management process experience.

Experience using a CMMS/EAM system or supporting cross-functional change and continuous-improvement initiatives.
