We are currently looking for Assemblers to join our 2nd Shift Assembly Team from 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
What You'll DoAssemblers build sub-assemblies and finished products while following work instructions and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.
Our comprehensive training and on-boarding program will help you learn the job and become confident in your role.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe work practices.
- Assemble products according to established work instructions.
- Learn and safely use tools and machinery required for assembly.
- Cross-train on a variety of assembly operations.
- Maintain quality and production standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One to three years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Basic math skills.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
