Mold Repair Technician
- Starts Here! 1st Shift
- Mol-Son, Mattawan, Michigan
We're looking for skilled Mold Repair Technician(s) to join our team. In this role you'll be responsible for repairing and maintaining production injection molds. Disassemble, cleaning, and reassemble molds. Replace or fix worn core/inserts, ejector pins, and other needed mold components.

What you will do:
- Evaluate Tool Maintenance Request (TMR)
- Perform required repair and/or maintenance
- Ensure spare mold components are fit properly
- Inform management of delay to expected delivery dates
- Safety & housekeeping
Qualifications:
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Blueprint reading
- General mold design, build & function
- Mechanical aptitude
- Injection molding knowledge
- Tool room equipment and machining processes
- Use of hand-held measurement tools
