Location: Byron Center, MI
Pay: $18.75/hr
Schedule: Monday Friday, 3:00 PM11:30 PM
No weekends steady, full-time hours

Were hiring motivated Production Associates/Machine Operators for our 2nd shift team. Youll help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, performing quality checks, packaging products, and keeping your work area organized.

• Assist with daily production tasks including inspection, packaging, and material handling

• Operate machinery safely and follow all established procedures

• Wrap, stack, label, and prepare products for shipment

• Use pallet jacks and side-wrappers to move product

• Keep your work area clean and organized

• Operate recycling equipment (pre-breakers, re-grinders) for EPS materials

• Follow all safety and quality guidelines

• Maintain reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Take on other duties as needed

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required we will train

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions

• Basic math skills and ability to use simple measuring tools

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the shift

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Comfortable working around machines and changing temperatures
