A well established and growing precision machining company supplying world-class components to the commercial, aerospace, and medical industries is hiring a Process Engineer with hands-on CNC programming experience. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize machining processes, and help production run smoother, faster, and with less waste, all with a team that cares about their people. Day shift, Monday to Thursday.
What You'll Do:- Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, cycle times, and quality
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and cost
- Program and set up Swiss CNC lathes using Esprit CAD/CAM
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
- Choose tooling, speeds, and feeds for complex components
- Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime
- Train and support operators to build team skills and confidence
- Collaborate with production and quality to meet aerospace and medical standards
- 3+ years of experience programming Swiss CNC lathes
- Proficiency in Esprit CAD/CAM
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and machining principles
- Experience with aerospace and medical manufacturing requirements
