Please note:

This position requires availability for 12-hour shifts, 6–7 days per week, including mandatory weekends as scheduled.

• Perform general production and manufacturing duties.
• Handle, move, and process materials throughout the production area.
• Inspect parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all production, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support production goals.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain a flexible schedule of 6–7 days per week.
• Availability to work mandatory weekends as scheduled.
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements, bending, twisting, pulling, and lifting as required.
• Comfort working in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Steel-toe footwear and compliance with all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety guidelines.
