The Job Squad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Retread Technician to work at a company located in the Leslie, MI area!

Jobsquad is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join a production team as Retread Technicians in Leslie, MI! In this role, you’ll help restore used commercial tires by inspecting, repairing, and preparing them for the retreading process. You’ll play an important part in ensuring tires meet quality and safety standards while supporting daily production operations.

This is a hands‑on, physically active position in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Visually inspect tires and apply patches as needed.
• Handle and position tires using designated equipment.
• Paint and stack tires with mechanical assistance.
• Buff finished tires to remove excess rubber.
• Use hand tools to properly envelope tires.
• Record repair information accurately on work orders.
• Load and unload tires into curing chambers as needed.
• Read and verify work order information.
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with assistance/equipment.
• Ability to read and verify work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, not required.
• Must successfully complete all pre‑employment screenings.
