Production Welder Mig

Cardinal Staffing is hiring Production MIG Welders for a manufacturing facility in Holly, MI. We're looking for candidates who will be responsible for the fabrication of heavy-duty industrial shipping racks. Pay: $21.20 Shift: Monday – Friday 7 am – 4:30pm plus occasional overtime

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components and assemblies
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment and related tools
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Measure and position materials according to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Meet production and quality standards
• Perform other welding and fabrication duties as needed

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or welding drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to use basic measuring tools
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
