- Pack cases with care and accuracy
- Operate bottling equipment (rinser, corker, etc.) with confidence
- Set up and break down production lines for smooth operations
- Package a variety of wines and juices with attention to detail
- Maintain top-tier quality assurance and cleanliness standards
- Learn and master equipment to ensure smooth workflow
- Promote a culture of safety and teamwork every day
- Keep clear records of your work and assist during grape harvest season
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends during busy seasons
- Professional presence for occasional interactions with tour guests
- Passion for learning and improving your skills
- Great time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with food safety practices (a plus)

Schedule:
10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Please note:
Schedule may change based on production needs
Significant overtime required during harvest season (typically September 1 - December 15)
