SHIPPING SUPERVISOR - 2ND Shift

• Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and evaluate current production estimates and outputs
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
• Ensure products are loaded on trailers correctly and in a timely manner
• Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training
• Observe work and ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards
• Motivate and manage a large group of employees
• Interpret specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers
