Love Justice International (LJI) is a Christian non‑profit dedicated to fighting injustice through anti‑human trafficking work and caring for orphaned and abandoned children.

LJI operates 18 family homes for orphaned and abandoned children in South Asia. The Love Justice Center is located on a cliff overlooking a river, with lush jungle to the south and the Himalayan Mountains to the north. The Grounds and Facilities Manager will oversee the Center’s grounds and facilities, ensuring it remains a well‑tended environment for the children.

• Manage and maintain the Center grounds, including landscaping, outdoor structures (playgrounds, pavilion, amphitheater, shed, walls, fences, road, etc.), and outdoor furniture.
• Apply basic quantitative skills for soil testing, fertilizing, and care of grass, trees, and plants.
• Assist the Director of Family Homes in strengthening policies and processes regarding Center care.
• Support new staff in settling in, finding housing, purchasing furniture, and setting up necessities.
• Develop practical skill‑building programs for children, such as gardening, construction, woodworking, and sports.

  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational certificate in land management or related field.
