• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments as required.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

• Current RN License.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.
