We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our health care team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of patient care and demonstrate proficiency in various nursing skills. This role involves providing high-quality care to residents, while ensuring adherence to best practices in nursing and patient safety.

• Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and overall condition
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed, ensuring proper dosage and technique
• Perform IV insertion and manage intravenous therapy for patients
• Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures to prevent infection
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with health care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention and wellness strategies

Position Details

Full time day shift

Full time night shift

Education Required:

• Michigan Nursing License

Additional Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in Michigan
• Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems, particularly Cerner
• Experience in internal medicine is a plus
• Ability to catheterize patients when necessary
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient care
