Full Time RN (All Shifts) – $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Full‑Time:
All Shifts – $7,500 Sign‑On Bonus. 8‑hour shifts with extra weekend and hero pay ($2 weekend differential + $3.40/hour hero pay).

• Deliver direct resident care in alignment with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments with accuracy and compassion.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure consistent quality care.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.

• Current RN License.
• Medication Administration and IV certification.
• Strong understanding of state rules and regulations.
• Reliable, team‑focused, and a positive communicator.
