Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Three Rivers

LOCUM CRNA in Three Rivers, Michigan Job  Dates:
Dec 22-24, Feb 2-6, June 8-12, June 22-26, June 29-July 3, July 6-10, Aug ongoing

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Licensure Requirements:
Provider must have had significant OB cases in the past year

Hours:

7 am - 3 pmCall

Hours:

3 pm - 7 am Scheduled Call:
Every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend

Supervision:
All CRNA practice

Type of cases required:
General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ped Dental, ENT, ENDO, Podiatry, no heads, hearts, or spines (350 deliveries a year). Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals Number of ORs: 2
