• Full Time: 3rd Shift
• Part Time: 2nd Shift
• 8-Hour Shifts
• $1.50/hour Shift Differential for 2nd Shift
• $3.40/hour HERO Pay (in addition to base hourly rate)

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
• Follow and practice infection control procedures
• Complete required documentation, including vitals
• Report any violations of residents’ rights immediately

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Completion of a CNA/STNA course and state certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Service‑minded approach and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude with reliable attendance
