LPN Floor Nurse - $41.40 per hour

• Starting wages: $29.00 – $33.00 per hour based on licensure years
• $5.00 shift premium (7 p‑7 a)
• $3.40 Hero Pay
• Yearly wage increases
• 12‑hour shifts (rotating weekends & holidays)
• Day shift (7 a‑7 p) – part‑time positions available
• Night shift (7 p‑7 a) – full‑time & part‑time positions available

• Provide specialized nursing care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology
• Assess needs, implement care plans, and utilize latest technology as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Perform IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, peritoneal dialysis, and other treatments
• Administer medications per physician orders and educate patients and families on changes in treatment plans
• Provide preventative and supportive care focused on physiologic and psychosocial well‑being
• Lead the CNA team: assign tasks, provide training, and participate in evaluations and recognition

• LPN license in Michigan and current CPR certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
• Strong analytical ability to develop personalized care plans and solve complex problems
• Excellent customer‑service skills and commitment to innovative care
• Team‑player attitude and strong work ethic
