Midnight Registered Nurse (RN) - Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services and health education to nursing home guests.
• Supervise care services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication‑related interventions.
• Assess health of guests, notify physician of changes and promptly implement new orders.
• Develop a plan of care based on assessment and implement nursing care.
• Select and institute appropriate interventions to stabilize or prevent complications.
• Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA) and development of a plan of care.

Qualifications

• 1‑3 years of experience in a long‑term care setting (preferred).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
• CPR certification.
