The assignment begins 01/12/2026 and runs for an extended period of weeks, with guaranteed hours and a framework that respects your work–life balance, safety, and professional goals.
- Core responsibilities: deliver comprehensive Med Surg care to diverse adult patients, perform accurate assessments, monitor vitals and evolving conditions, administer medications and IV therapies, manage wounds and drains, and implement evidence-based care plans. Provide pre- and post-operative support when applicable, support discharge planning, patient education, and family engagement, ensure charting accuracy in the EHR, and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
