Healthcare Support is actively seeking a Home Care RN for a permanent, full-time role with a well-respected healthcare company in Manistique Michigan. This position offers competitive pay, mileage reimbursement or company vehicle, and a sign on bonus.

• Competitive pay range from $31 to $54.93/hr, plus a $2/hr bonus for BSN holders
• Generous $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid over two years after just 90 days!

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patients

• Participate in on‑call rotation (~7 days/month), including weekends, with flexible scheduling
• Use evolving EMR technology, with training provided
