We are looking for passionate, compassionate Nurse Assistants at Well Bridge of Clarkston. Our Nurse Assistants are more than just caregivers—they are friends and companions to our guests, building relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living.

• Base wage: $17.15 per hour

• 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts available – all shifts rotate weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time days available
• Part‑time nights available

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans – bathing, skin care, preventive care, routine morning/evening mouth care, shaving and dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, vital signs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team as needed.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you help create a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.

• Completed an approved Nurse Assistant training program and current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer‑service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
• Certifications required: CNA Nurse Aide Certification.
