COVID Vaccine:

BLS (AHA):
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is essential.
Active LVN/LPN license in the state of Michigan.
State License RequirementsHold a valid and unrestricted LVN/LPN license in the state of Michigan.
