As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) at Heartwood Lodge, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. You’ll work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that care plans are followed and that residents receive the attention and support they deserve.

Wage information:

• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 FT,
• $3.00 shift differential for Night shift (6:00p-6:15a)
• Includes $3.40/hr MI wage pass (through 9/30/26)
• Hourly rate based on years licensed

Key responsibilities include:

• Direct Resident Care
  :
  Administer medications, perform wound care, assist with mobility, and monitor vital signs.
• Supervision
  :
  Oversee nursing staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory standards.
• Compliance
  :
  Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all practices meet federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work with the Director of Nursing or Clinical Care Coordinator to uphold quality care standards.
• Quality Improvement
  :
  Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing resident care and facility operations.

Qualifications for this position typically include a valid RN or LPN certification and experience in a long-term care setting. Familiarity with electronic health records and supervisory experience are advantageous.
