12-hr nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Float Requirements: ICU and Med/Surg units Weekend/Holiday Rotation:
Every 3rd, rotating Scrubs:
Any color Licenses &
Certifications:
Current MI RN license ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in ED; 5 years preferred Unit Information: ED Beds: 9 | 2 negative pressure rooms | 2 trauma bays Staffing: 2 RNs day shift to 11 PM, 1 RN nights with charge support Patient Ratios / Float:
May float to 2-bed ICU or 25-bed Med/Surg unit (4–5 COVID rooms) Case Types:
Geriatric CHF/COPD, DKA, Trauma, Stroke, Cardio-respiratory emergencies, COVID, Pediatric, general medical Role Notes: ED RN with Charge RN responsibilities Perform assessments and general nursing skills Low census staffing eligible for 36 hours Vaccination Policy:
Flu and COVID vaccines recommended; unvaccinated travelers must wear masks per Aspirus policy Radius Rule:
Candidate must reside 50+ miles outside the facility
