No Rotation Call Scheduled: CRNA call is OB only Call Response Time: 30 minutes Type of Cases
Required:
ENDO, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular, Trauma, Ophthalmology Proficiency
Required:
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temporary opportunities available) Caselogs
Required:
Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks Number of Providers During the Day: CRNA 3:1, MD 2:2 Number of OR???s: 4 Number of Endo Rooms: 1 EMR System:
Epic Vaccination Required?:
Need to be vaccinated / Accepting religious / Medical exemptions Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS About the Area:
