Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Room position requiring 2+ years of ER experience and active MI licensure.

• Active MI RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 2 years of RN Emergency Room experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA)
• TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Skills checklist completed within the past year required for consideration
• MI license verification (LARA and Nursys) required

• Works in the Emergency Medicine department providing acute and critical care
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend shifts required
• No on-call requirements
• Uses Cerner EMR
• Provides rapid assessment, triage, stabilization, treatment administration, and physician support for patients with acute injuries or illnesses
• Works in a high-stress, fast-paced emergency care environment
• Grey scrubs required as part of dress code
• No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested during the assignment
• Full-time McLaren employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of their employment end date
• Candidates residing within a 35-mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers and subject to reduced travel pay
