The Laurels of Sandy Creek/Maplewood of Michigan, a Ciena Healthcare facility, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide, oversee, and coordinate resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with regulations and facility policy.
The LPN will supervise CNAs/STNAs, plan and direct work to meet resident needs, and serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff. A valid LPN license and CPR certification are required, with 1–2 years in long-term or sub-acute care preferred.
