Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Iron River, Michigan. The 25-bed Med/Surg unit requires 12-hour nights and a 48-hour work week with overtime after 48 hours.
The contract runs 13 weeks starting 10/19/2026, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Michigan RN license and BLS are required; ACLS preferred. Candidates with both Med/Surg and ED experience are highly preferred.
